Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this website or work with GrokSMM.
Last updated 21 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the GrokSMM website and to services provided by GrokSMM, a business owned and operated by Praveen Dadhich. A signed proposal or service agreement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Using our website
The information on this website is general and is not advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Example ads, keywords and figures on this website are illustrations, not client results.
Our services
The scope, deliverables, fees and term of any engagement are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Fees, invoicing and ad spend
- Management fees are invoiced as set out in your proposal and are payable by the due date on the invoice.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms (such as Google and Meta) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices after giving you notice.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, competitors, offer, pricing, website and follow-up, as well as changes made by the ad platforms. We provide our services with due care and skill, but we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales or return on ad spend.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and approvals we need.
- Make sure your products, services, claims and landing pages comply with the law and with ad platform policies.
- Tell us promptly about changes that affect your campaigns, such as pricing, capacity or service areas.
Intellectual property
Once our fees are paid, you own the ad copy, creative and landing pages we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how. Ad accounts, analytics properties and data set up under your business remain yours.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where you agree or the law requires disclosure.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement by giving the notice set out in your service agreement. On ending, you pay for work done up to the end date, and we hand over access to accounts and assets that belong to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions? Email [email protected].
